【Sample requirements】

1. Applicable sample types: serum, plasma, throat swab eluate.

3. Sample storage and transportation: The sample to be tested can be used for processing immediately, and the sample that can be tested within 24 hours can be stored at 4 ℃: The sample that cannot be tested within 24 hours should be stored at -20 ℃ or below. 【Testing method】

1. Take out each component in the kit, place it at room temperature, wait for its temperature to equilibrate to room temperature, mix well and set aside. Before each sample processing, the nucleic acid release agent and the RNA protectant should be mixed according to the number of samples ( 0.5μl RNA protectant is added to every 50μl of nucleic acid release agent), and each use should be freshly prepared.

2. Sample processing

Sample ( pharyngeal swab: normal saline matrix ) processing steps:

2.1. Take 200μl of the sample to be tested and add it to a 1.5ml centrifuge tube, and centrifuge at 12,000rpm for 10min .

2.2. Remove the supernatant with a pipette, add 50 μl of nucleic acid release agent (pre-mixed RNA

protectant) to the pellet , vortex to mix, centrifuge at 12,000 rpm for 1 min , stand for 10 min , and aspirate the supernatant as a sample to be tested.
