Description
This kit uses the spin column and formula developed by our company, which can efficiently recover high-purity DNA fragments from the PCR system. The purification column can efficiently bind DNA, and is matched with a unique formula reagent to directly remove the primer dimer without gel recovery.
The kit recovers a wide range of DNA fragments. Under normal conditions, DNA fragments as short as 60bp can be recovered. A minimum of 30μl of eluent can be used to increase the concentration of recovered DNA.
The kit is easy to operate and has few steps. It only needs several centrifugation to process multiple samples at the same time, and high-purity recovered DNA fragments can be obtained in 15 minutes.

Appliaction of recovering DNA fragments
The DNA recovered by Gel Extraction Kit has high purity and can be used for routine molecular biology operations, such as: restriction enzyme digestion, ligation, PCR, sequencing and other experiments.
DNA recovery efficiency
In view of the characteristics of the purification column, the adsorption capacity and elution efficiency of different fragments of DNA are different, so the efficiency of DNA recovery will be different. The recovery efficiency can reach more than 80% for <10kb DNA fragments, recovery efficiency is relatively low for >10kb DNA fragments, please refer to actual operation.
Storage and Shelf life
- This kit can be stored for 12 months under dry conditions at room temperature (15-25°C); if it needs to be stored for a longer period of time, it can be stored at 2-8°C.
Note: If stored at low temperature, the solution is prone to precipitation. Before use, be sure to place the solution in the kit at room temperature for a period of time. If necessary, preheat it in a 37°C water bath for 10 minutes to dissolve the precipitate, and mix it before use.
