Description:

Plant Seed Direct PCR Plus Kit I uses a unique lysis reaction system, which can quickly release genomic DNA from plant seed samples with       high polysaccharides and polyphenols (such as bananas, cotton, etc.) for use in PCR reactions, so it is particularly suitable for large-scale  genetic  testing. In order to meet the needs of different detection tests, this kit can use multiple types of samples (such as whole seeds, small  tissue cuts, or ground samples of multiple seeds) for experiments. 

The process of releasing genomic DNA from the cleavage reaction system can be completed within 5-10 minutes. There is no need for other processes to remove protein, RNA or secondary metabolites, and the released trace amounts of DNA can be used as a template for PCR reactions.

D-Taq DNA polymerase is a DNA polymerase specially developed by Foregene for direct PCR reactions. D-Taq DNA polymerase has strong tolerance to a variety of PCR reaction inhibitors, and can efficiently amplify trace amounts of DNA in various complex reaction systems. The amplification speed can reach 2Kb/min, which is especially suitable for Direct PCR reaction..

2× Seed PCR Easy^TM Mix has strong tolerance to PCR reaction inhibitors, and can directly use the lysis mixture of plant materials as a template for efficient and specific amplification. This reagent contains the company's D-Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, reaction buffer, PCR reaction enhancer, optimizer, and stabilizer specially modified for direct PCR. Used in conjunction with the lysis reaction system can quickly and easily detect samples, and has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong specificity, and good stability.

Kit composition information

 Buffer SSP1:Provides the environment needed for the lysis reaction of polysaccharides and polyphenols plant seeds.

Buffer SSP2:The supplement provides the environment needed for the lysis reaction of polysaccharides and polyphenols plant seeds.

 Buffer SP2:Neutralize the lysate so that it does not affect the subsequent PCR reaction.

           2× Seed PCR EasyTM Mix:Contains special modified Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, reaction buffer, PCR reaction enhancer, optimizer and stabilizer, etc. During the PCR reaction, just add the appropriate lysis mixture, primers, and ddH2O to the 2× Seed PCR EasyTM Mix to be used in the PCR reaction.

           6× DNA Loading Buffer:The Loading Buffer does not contain SDS. It is recommended to use the 6× DNA Loading Buffer included with the kit when performing agarose gel electrophoresis in order to obtain good electrophoresis results. Do not use Loading Buffer containing SDS, otherwise there will be a large tail of light in the lane during electrophoresis, which will affect the experimental results.

Storage and Shelf life:

-Part I of this kit should be stored at room temperature or 2-8℃.

 Reagents Buffer SP1, Buffer SP2, 6× DNA Loading Buffer, under dry conditions, can be stored for 12 months. If you need to store the kit for a longer time, you can store it at 2-8℃.

-Part II of this kit should be stored at -20℃.

 Reagent 2× Seed PCR Easy Mix, if used frequently, it can also be stored at 4℃ for short-term storage (use up within 10 days).
