Description:
Plant Seed Direct PCR Kit I-UNG uses a unique lysis reaction system, which can quickly release genomic DNA from plant seed samples with low polysaccharide and polyphenol content (such as: rice, wheat, tobacco, corn, soybeans, etc.) for use in PCR reactions, so it is particularly suitable Large-scale genetic testing. In order to meet the needs of different detection tests, this kit can use multiple types of samples (such as whole seeds, small tissue cuts, or ground samples of multiple seeds) for experiments.
The process of releasing genomic DNA from the cleavage reaction system can be completed within 5-10 minutes. There is no need for other processes to remove protein, RNA or secondary metabolites, and the released trace amounts of DNA can be used as a template for PCR reactions.
According to the differences in plant samples, the products are divided into two categories: Plant Seed Direct PCR Kit and Plant Seed Direct PCR Plus Kit. In the lysis stage, considering that different types of seeds or tissue materials vary greatly in the amount of reagents used in the lysis process, customers can choose the corresponding plant seed (small and medium) direct PCR kit or plant seed (large) according to the size of their experimental materials Direct PCR kit; in the PCR detection stage, customers can also choose ordinary 2× Seed PCR EasyTM Mix or 2× Seed PCR EasyTM Mix (UNG) which can prevent the contamination of PCR amplification products according to the experimental needs.
2× Seed PCR EasyTM Mix has strong tolerance to PCR reaction inhibitors, and can directly use the lysis mixture of plant materials as a template for efficient and specific amplification. This reagent contains the company's D-Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, reaction buffer, PCR reaction enhancer, optimizer, and stabilizer specially modified for direct PCR. Used in conjunction with the lysis reaction system can quickly and easily detect samples, and has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong specificity, and good stability.

-6× DNA Loading Buffer:The Loading Buffer does not contain SDS. It is recommended to use the 6× DNA Loading Buffer included with the kit when performing agarose gel electrophoresis in order to obtain good electrophoresis results. Do not use Loading Buffer containing SDS, otherwise there will be a large tail of bright light in the lane during electrophoresis, which will affect the experimental results.

Storage and Shelf life:
-Part I of this kit should be stored at room temperature or 2-8℃.
vReagents Buffer SP1, Buffer SP2, 6× DNA Loading Buffer, under dry conditions, can be stored for 12 months. If you need to store the kit for a longer time, you can store it at 2-8℃.
-Part II of this kit should be stored at -20℃.
vReagent 2× Seed PCR Easy Mix, if used frequently, it can also be stored at 4℃ for short-term storage (use up within 10 days).
