The miRNA purified by Serum/Plasma miRNA Isolation Kit can be used in various downstream molecular experiments, such as: RT-PCR, Real Time RT-PCR, Northern Blot, chip analysis, etc.
RNA storage
It is recommended to use RNase-Free ddH2O to elute RNA for immediate use in downstream experiments or store at -80℃. RNA can be stored for one year under -80℃ storage condition.
