Based on Plant Leaf Direct PCR kit, dUTP is used instead of dTTP, and the UNG enzyme that can degrade the template containing dUTP is added. Part II of this kit should be stored at -20℃.

vReagents Buffer 2×Leaf PCR EasyTM Mix(UNG), if used frequently, can also be stored at 4℃ for short-term storage (use up within 10 days).
