Product Descprition
Foregene 2× RT OR-EasyTM Mix can synthesize first-strand cDNA at a temperature of up to 50°C, which is conducive to reverse transcription of complex secondary structure RNA templates.
The RNA purified in the laboratory often contains alcohol and guanidine salt residues, which have strong inhibitory effect on most reverse transcriptases, resulting in unsatisfactory reverse transcription effect or low reverse transcription efficiency. Foregene 2×RT Mix showed extremely high tolerance to alcohol and guanidine salts, the highest tolerance to alcohol in RNA samples was 60%, and the highest tolerance to guanidine salts was 750mM. Even impure RNA can be reverse-transcribed with Foregene 2×RT OR-EasyTM Mix.
2×RT OR-EasyTM Mix is a rapid reverse transcription reagent specially developed for Real Time PCR. The system has high reverse transcription efficiency and does not need to add any primers, and can perform a good reverse transcription reaction for a small amount of RNA templates. The unique reaction system makes the RT reaction simpler, faster and more efficient, and the first-strand cDNA synthesis can be completed within 20 minutes. This product can be used in conjunction with Foregene's Real Time PCR EasyTM, a fluorescence quantitative product, to obtain high-quality experimental results.

2×RT OR-EasyTM Mix has added reverse transcription primers with optimized ratio (Random Primer, Oligo(dT)18 Primer).

The whole process is transported in a low temperature ice box to ensure that the kit is in a state of <4°C.
2. Storage conditions
RT EasyTM II was stored at -20°C. Store the product in a -20°C constant temperature refrigerator immediately upon receipt. The product will not degrade any performance during the 1-year validity period if stored under proper conditions.
Precautions: (Please be sure to read the precautions carefully before using the kit)
It is recommended to use RNA extracted from fresh samples or stored at -80°C for the template (repeated freezing and thawing of RNA should be avoided).
In order to avoid RNase contamination, the experimental operation should be carried out in the RNase-Free space; the pipette tips and PCR centrifuge tubes used must be RNase-Free; and disposable gloves and masks should be worn.
Before use, put 2×RT OR-EasyTM Mix on ice to melt it completely, and then use it after mixing by flicking. Please operate the system on an ice bath to improve the performance of the kit and the specificity of PCR amplification.
RT EasyTM II has added reverse transcription primers with optimized ratios, so there is no need to add any additional primers.
