Description
This product uses a unique PCR buffer system, which allows direct PCR with whole blood samples as a template without DNA extraction or sample processing. EDTA, Heparin anticoagulated whole blood and blood collection cards (such as Whatman 903® and FTA® blood collection cards) can be directly used for PCR amplification and identification, which greatly shortens the detection time. The 2× SuperEasyTM Mix provided by this kit has strong inhibitor tolerance. The maximum amount of human blood used as a PCR template can be up to 45% of the PCR system and 20% of mouse blood, which can sensitively amplify blood samples. 2× SuperEasyTM Mix-Heparin contains our company’s unique Foregene D-Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, Taq Reaction Buffer, PCR reaction enhncer, optimizer and stabilizer.
Taq DNA polymerase is a DNA polymerase specially developed by Foregene for direct PCR reactions. D-Taq DNA polymerase has strong tolerance to a variety of PCR reaction inhibitors, and can efficiently amplify trace amounts of DNA in various complex reaction systems, and the amplification speed can reach 2Kb/min, which is especially suitable for Direct PCR reaction.

Electropherogram
The blood direct PCR series kit can amplify the target gene from a variety of sources of anticoagulated whole blood as a template. 2× SuperEasyTM Mix-Heparin has strong tolerance to PCR reaction inhibitors, high detection sensitivity and strong amplification specificity. Use human blood as a template to amplify related genes and analyze by 1% agarose gel electrophoresis, as shown in the figure below:
Note:(Please read carefully before using the kit)
- Please try to use newly taken anticoagulant blood samples for related experiments; if it is a frozen sample, avoid repeated freezing and thawing, otherwise the DNA fragment used as the PCR template will be small and the PCR efficiency will be affected.
- Pay attention to the cleanliness of experimental equipment and experimental operation methods to avoid cross-contamination between samples.
- 2× SuperEasyTM Mix-Heparin Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, otherwise it will affect the PCR efficiency
- If the ambient temperature is high, 2× SuperEasyTM Mix-Heparin may become turbid and can be placed on ice1-2min, wait for the solution to clarify, and mix it upside down for 3-5 times before using.
- During electrophoresis detection, do not use Loading Buffer containing SDS, otherwise a large group of tailing bright bands will appear in the lanes during electrophoresis, which will affect the experimental results.
