Description
This product uses a unique PCR buffer system, which allows direct PCR with whole blood samples without DNA extraction or sample processing. EDTA, Heparin anticoagulated whole blood, and blood collection cards (such as Whatman 903® and FTA® blood collection cards) can be directly used for PCR amplification identification, which greatly shortens the detection time. The 2× SuperEasyTM Mix provided by this kit has strong inhibitor tolerance. The maximum amount of human blood used as a PCR template can reach 45% of the PCR system, and that of mouse blood can reach 20%, which can sensitively amplify blood samples. 2× SuperEasyTM Mix-EDTA contains our company's unique Foregene D-Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, Taq Reaction Buffer, PCR reaction enhancer, optimizer and stabilizer.
2× SuperEasyTM Mix (UNG) replaces dTTP with dUTP on the basis of 2× SuperEasyTM Mix, and at the same time adds a UNG enzyme (Uracil-N-glycosylase) that can degrade the template containing dUTP. Before the PCR reaction, the PCR product containing uracil is degraded by UNG enzyme. UNG enzyme will not have any effect on the template that does not contain uracil, so as to ensure the specificity and accuracy of amplification and prevent the possibility of large-scale genetic testing. PCR product contamination problems arise.
D-Taq DNA polymerase is a DNA polymerase specially developed by Foregene for direct PCR reactions.
D-Taq DNA polymerase has strong tolerance to a variety of PCR reaction inhibitors, and can efficiently amplify trace amounts of DNA in various complex reaction systems. The amplification speed can reach 2Kb/min, which is especially suitable for Direct PCR reaction.

Notes:(Please read carefully before using the kit)
- Please try to use freshly collected anticoagulant samples for relevant experiments; if the samples are frozen, avoid repeated freezing and thawing, otherwise the DNA fragments used as PCR templates will be smaller, which will affect the PCR efficiency.
- Pay attention to the cleaning of laboratory utensils and the operation methods of the experiment to avoid cross-contamination between samples.
- 2× SuperEasyTM Mix(UNG)-EDTA should avoid repeated freezing and thawing, otherwise it will affect the PCR efficiency
- If the ambient temperature is high, the 2× SuperEasyTM Mix(UNG)-EDTA may become turbid. It can be placed on ice for 1-2 minutes. When the solution is clear, invert and mix for 3-5 times before use.
Do not use Loading Buffer containing SDS for electrophoresis detection, otherwise a large group of trailing bright bands will appear in the swimming lane during electrophoresis, which will affect the experimental results.
