Sample nucleic acid release agent for DNA RNA Purification before Real Time PCR reaction
Product Description
Sample release agents use protein denaturants and biochemical reagents to
quickly destroy protein structures and release nucleic acids. The sample release reagent is suitable for the preservation, inactivation, lysis the virus samples and release the nucleic acid. The released DNA or RNA is directly used as a PCR template for amplification without heating or nucleic acid extraction.
Key Features
1.Compared with the traditional manual extraction method, the sample release reagent has the
2. Compared with the automatic nucleic acid extraction method, the sample release reagent has
Storage & Expiration Date

Precautions
The sample nucleic acid should be tested within 30 minutes at room temperature after release . This kit should only be used by personnel with professional experience or professional training. This manual should be read carefully before starting the experiment.
The components in the kit must be used within the validity period; the components in this product cannot be mixed with reagents from different batches or reagents from other companies' products. The test samples should be considered as infectious substances, and the operators should wear protective gear such as powder-free gloves, masks, and hats. The reagents, consumables and wastes used during the operation should be treated as medical wastes.
Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mucous membranes of the reagent. If it touches the sensitive area, rinse immediately with plenty of water, and seek medical help if necessary.
Improperly stored samples may cause sample release failure.
This experiment should use special sampling equipment, the centrifuge tube, pipette tip and other consumables that need to be used must be autoclaved, or purchase nuclease-free consumables.
After the experiment , treat the bench and pipette with 10% hypochlorous acid, 75% alcohol or UV lamp.
